Losing Weight with Alternative Therapy

October 8, 2007 / by drrevmoore

* Alternative Therapy can have many advances including weight loss
* All Manifestations from Yoga, Prayers, and Metaphysics, comes from our Thoughts, speech and actions
* We can "create" who we are, in our energy, this can decrease our appetite and food portions, increase our metabolism, and other exciting benefits for weight loss
* We have mind and body connection not only in our brain, (pituitary gland) but in our Aura field and chakra connection as well.
* As i lose pounds the last couple of months, i thank God and the universe for all of my good and to help me keep up the good work in fitness and balance.
* In my personal routine, i incorporate Regular Physical Yoga (DVD Teacher or my own freestyle), Affirmation Therapy (during asana poses, meditation, and work) Mantra & Chakra Yoga, Metaphysical Core Engineering work, est. This combination will kick some access weight off, healthy and efficiently.
* Sharing the love,
* Any Alternative Revelations or experiences, i love bringing them to the web world.

    I've lost 60 lbs. in 3 years. Pretty good for sedentary life and over 60. All I do is like you...Chakra Yoga with DVD by Gurutej Kaur, Chi Kung video with David Carradine and two small meals a day..no eating after 4 pm. It works!! PLUS all my body symptoms, aches and pains are healed!! Bursitis, knee problem, circulation, etc.
