Keeping in mind;

*      The stock market is down,

*      People are laid off every day,

*      2008 Wages are not meeting the average standard of living lately,

*      In each state, the unemployment is up,

*      Bill collectors hounding you for money you don't have,

*      The once eager high school graduate is now the typical College student; losing all hope after graduation and moving home with parents, back to back, class after class, steady year after year, don’t feel bad, the other class did it before you.

*      Some have no choice but to return to graduate school for campus shelter, even there; in today’s age can be dangerous,

*      Our Gas prices are rising every month, yes; we are truly in a state of recession, houses being foreclosed,

*      All age Victims are increasing and caught off guard by many crimes on and off the web,

*      And terrible scams are running high in many forms and surprises,

*      Very sad to say; some Banks and bill collectors, along with the scam criminals are taking advantage.

*      Your faith may be running low,

*      As the world changes and your situation may depress you,

*      Original, Current, or planned goals, hopes, and dreams, go down the toilet.

*      Conclusion: the worse possible situations are being played out in everyone’s life or circumstances.

*      This can be true for spiritual and non spiritual individuals.

No one, but no one,

*      Can completely, 100% percent, escapes the recession era of 2008.

·        However;

·        Please, Don't give up,

·        Take a break,

·        Breathe,

·        relax,

·        rejuvenate,

·        Meditate and review,
